「看到照片,內心又是一陣悸動。工作忙孩子小媽媽肚子又懷孕,跟著Maggie風風火火的看房子。深刻記得當初看到屋子時,沒什麼特別感覺,但站在中庭時,微風徐徐,帶來陣陣涼意。光線從屋前大樹灑下,帶著從上飄落的細長葉片。我當時就覺得這是我養育孩子的好地方,就決定是這裡當我們的起家厝。

事實上這真是個福地,我度過非常愉快的時光。小區甚是封閉,年紀還小的孩子們不用擔心吵到左鄰右舍,不用擔心危險的在前庭跑來跑去,嘻笑玩耍,我相信這是其他社區不可得的。更有幸者,我們2456幾乎都是有小孩子的家庭,容忍度高,還認識了非常多有相同年紀小朋友的家庭,看著一群小孩在中庭玩耍是一種幸福。

孩子們家長們甚至結為好友,如今離開甚感不捨。再次感謝Maggie幫助我們這麼多,更感謝Maggie幫助我們找到這麼好的房子。房子本身當然有其不足之處,但卻是養育孩子最棒的地方。在這裡的時光我感到很幸福。」

買房子要有獨特性,這棟2010年蓋的Townhome集眾多優點於一身,地點方便、學區好,建築規劃很特殊且少見的蓋法,至少我看過不下千間房,這社區是我第一次看到這樣蓋的。

建築體本身只有一樓跟鄰居相連,二樓以上就像是各自獨立的建築體,所以隔音佳,三面採光,室內光線特別好。

這房子地點在Fremont的中心位置,開車三分鐘能到Central Park of Fremont (Lake Elizabeth),走路能到Irvington farmer’s market,Fremont Blvd上多家餐廳、咖啡店、超市、銀行跟郵局,開車五分鐘就能上HWY 680,開車十分鐘上HWY 880。

大家應該知道,車庫跟陽台是不計入房屋面積的,這棟房子一樓配有超大雙車位(22呎x19呎),另外還有3呎寬,10呎+深的storage area,樓上樓下都有陽台,這些不計入面積的地方大概就有500多呎,屋主已經在車庫安裝了電動車充電器 (Permitted)。
