很久沒更新，八／九月各成交六間房子，破了自己的紀錄，十月預計要上市兩間房子，忙到沒空寫故事。畢竟先安置買家、整理即將上市的房子要緊
忙得團團轉之餘，還是要擠一擠時間宣傳一下我們籌備已久的Milpitas的獨家代理今天亮麗上市了。
