這段時間房價來到史上高點,所有的數字都破了紀錄,我也忙到翻過去,加上媒體不斷報導矽谷房市點滴事跡,都在在顯示房市已經熱到頂點。

然而,隨著股市動盪、利率走揚,目前市面上的房子成交所需天數已經拉長,買房加價力道不再、所需成交天數已經拉長,市況已經能從MLS數據窺見一二,從市場買氣來觀察,房市最高點已過,接下來我們要面臨整理期了。
