9月自開學以來，忙碌不間斷，今天偷了個空檔，寫寫9月行情，去年有一個柯小姐寫信告訴我，我的文章對她很有幫助，前幾天成立FB粉絲頁，一個在台灣專職當地產投資家的陳先生也跟我說，我的部落格很札實，對他了解矽谷房地產很有幫助。謝謝你們的鼓勵。

前陣子李國修的女兒出嫁上了新聞版面，我一直很喜歡李國修說的一句話：「人一輩子能做好一件事，就是功德圓滿」，也不斷告誡自己盡責、盡力，除了對房地產真心感興趣，其他的，真的就是一個理念：「誠實」。

也許是新聞(房地產線)記者出身，對數據敏銳度與正確度要求很高，分析數據、讓房地產資訊輕易可讀，是我這十年來一直在做的工作。

所有部落格內容都是我從加州房地產銷售系統MLS的內部數據資料，美國房子銷售透明且公開，只要產權有所變動，銷售價格與第一次的貸款金額，都會登記在縣市政府，所有人都可以查的到，精確至門牌地址與產權持有者、貸款人姓名都是公開的，與台灣模糊的房價透明化仍有段差距。

回到正題，10月顯示的最新銷售數據，是9月的市場狀況，上個月我提到 下個月加價率肯定又回來了，驗證MLS系統公開數據，果然沒錯，主要是暑假過完，對於矽谷房市來說，又是一個新的Peak, 一直要到感恩節，房市價量才會稍有喘息，依照目前的買氣看來，下個月一定會再創新高，銷售天數縮短，加價率回升，期待下個月我的文章吧。

Cupertino房價已高，進一年來銷售量並不大，

但是線圖看起來沉寂一陣子的Cupertino 寶刀未老，繼續旺。
