  1. by HAND held hose with an automatic shut off nozzle or irrigation system before 10:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. With a SPRINKLER system, water before 10:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. only on two designated days:
    • Odd numbered addresses may water on Mondays and Thursdays;
    • Even numbered addresses may water on Tuesdays and Fridays;
    • Properties without an address may water on Mondays and Thursdays
    • Watering outdoors at other times is not allowed. Less evaporation occurs in the cooler evening and early morning hours — so you can use less water and your plants and landscape will absorb more of it.
    • Lawns are incredibly resilient and can tolerate the dry conditions of summer, if left alone. Letting your lawn go dormant and turn brown is okay. The grass will bounce back when rainfall and cool temperatures return in the fall and winter months. Learn more about lawn watering tips.

2016年5月最新行情/老矽谷、百萬房還是搶

真是不好意思,五月初就該更新的市場行情,遲至今日(5/23)才有作為,原因就是我太忙了,身為一個房地產經紀人,忙是好事,也請大家見諒 ^^

眾人五月最關注的房地產話題,不外乎就是聽說舊金山房價下跌了!

舊金山房價下跌,主要以Condo領跌,其餘像是Palo Alto, Atherton 等高價住宅區,因為區域房價過高所致,交易已經放緩。

不過,很常見的工程師家庭的百萬元上下的自住需求房子,在2016年前兩季,依然是持續走揚,今年尤以95132 piedmont high school學區, Sunnyvale 念Cupertino學校的區,加上Homestead high學區漲勢最驚人,年初到五月,漲幅早就超過10%。

而百萬元房價區,Santa clara早在二月初就從去年85~95萬左右突破百萬元關卡,95132今年迅速爬升,學區差異讓房價約從80~100萬元都有,大坪數房子已經破百萬元,周邊的Milpitas向來因為垃圾場的味道讓人止步,但是房價相對親民也讓購買力轉移到該區。等等往下看數據圖走勢,就能更知道我在說什麼。
